There is no limit to the number of attendees for each course. An approximate “head count” is needed a day or two prior to the scheduled course in order to ensure that there are sufficient materials for all.

ECN is constantly developing new courses and welcomes input from our clients on topics that would be of interest to them. For example, we are currently preparing courses addressing liability and negligence (for BI/UM claims), uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage issues, insurance fraud, and medical provider billing issues.

ECN is flexible with regard to the length of each program and the times that they are presented to your staff. Courses can be done in two shifts (am and pm), over lunch (“lunch and learn”), or any other time that works for your staff.

We hope that this information is helpful as your company looks to outside sources as a means for fulfilling claim adjusters Continuing Education requirements.
